We craft these pieces from scratch. Precision crafted, each piece goes through thoughtful hand finishing to ensure the final piece gets the attention and finishing it deserves.

How do I know I’m receiving a real gold piece?

Our solid-gold pieces are stamped with our maker’s mark and the appropriate metal-purity mark. If you would like additional verification, we can arrange an independent laboratory evaluation for an additional fee
Personalized jewelry typically requires 5–7 business days to produce after the design is approved or automatically approved. Shipping time is additional and depends on the delivery method selected at checkout.
Because personalized jewelry is created specifically for you, all personalized pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the approved design, please contact us promptly at sales@yusraatelier.com so we can help.
Although our jewelry is crafted from fine materials, we recommend removing it before showering, swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using household chemicals. Avoid direct contact with water, lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, and cleaning products.
A helpful rule is to make your jewelry the last thing you put on before going out and the first thing you remove when you return home. Store each piece separately in a clean, dry place and gently wipe it with a soft cloth after wearing.
Yes. When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your carrier tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and activate the tracking link.

How does personalized jewelry work?
After you place your order, we’ll translate your submitted name or word into Arabic when needed and create a design for your piece. You’ll receive a digital preview by email before production begins.
Please reply within three calendar days with your approval or requested changes. If we don’t hear from you within that time, we’ll consider the design approved and begin production.
