Size Change

We understand that chain length preferences can vary once a piece is worn. Length adjustments may be requested within 30 days of delivery for eligible pieces. Clients are responsible for any applicable shipping costs associated with adjustment requests.

Returns and Exchanges

At Yusra Atelier, each personalized piece is thoughtfully made to order and individually refined for balance, spacing, and visual harmony. Due to the custom nature of these pieces, personalized and made-to-order items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or there is an issue with your customization, we invite you to contact the atelier within 7 days of delivery so our team may review and assist accordingly.

To help ensure every piece arrives as intended, we encourage clients to carefully review all personalization details prior to placing an order, including spelling, sizing, and finish selections.

Yusra Atelier reserves the right to deny returns or exchanges that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
