Yusra Atelier stands by its solid gold crafted pieces. Now with advanced testing available at many independent testing labs, confirming you’ve received the appropriate gold is easier than ever.

If independent professional testing confirms that a solid gold Yusra Atelier piece does not meet the karat purity represented on the original order, please contact us with the testing documentation. If the piece does not meet the karat purity in accordance with applicable industry and legal tolerances, we will replace or remake the piece in the correct gold purity at no additional cost, or provide an appropriate refund for the item.
